Teachers and students from across Europe spent a week learning about British culture at a school in New Malden.
Burlington Junior School hosted delegates from Spain, Poland, Greece Turkey and Czech Republic for the Me, Myself and My Tale project.
The visitors were joined by former Kingston councillors Mary Heathcote and Barry O’Mahony for a special assembly in which year 6 students performed the tale of Dick Whittington, while the school choir sang traditional songs about London.
The trip was organised by the school’s international coordinator Witold Wozniak, in partnership with the British Council Comenius.
